The least corrosive water has a PH of 7.0 which is the standard for a neutral solution. Go below 7.0 and your water becomes acidic. Go above 7.0 and your water becomes alkaline. Conditions above and below both require treatment to bring the water back with a range of 7.2-7.6 unless, in rare instances, your pool equipment requires a PH of 7.0
Do You Know What Can Cause a Pool to Pop out of the Ground?
Hydrostatic Pressure. To demonstrate, fill your sink with water, take an empty glass and try to submerge the glass.
